Beginning in 1963, Howard Borggaard purchased his first Caterpillar D8 Bulldozer, which he ran himself, with the philosophy of a hard days work for an honest days pay. Today, with the same philosophy, the company has grown to be a well respected contractor in the New England area. Howard has always believed that bigger is better and that with such a large fleet of equipment, the projects can be completed on time and under budget. Bigger equipment creates lower cost production. We simply can move more earth than our competitors in a quicker amount of time for a lower cost.
